Their West Indian architecture is perfectly complemented by island-style interiors and marble bathrooms, whilst their patios or balconies overlook either the gardens, swimming pool or Caribbean Sea.

In the evenings guests can socialise over aperitifs in the elegant poolside bar before moving through to its stylish alfresco dining venue, widely acknowledged as one of the finest hotel restaurants on the island. Executive Chef, Christophe Poupardin, changes the menus daily to ensure freshness and variety, his eclectic dishes taking their inspiration from the Caribbean, Europe and Orient.

Other eating opportunities are to be found in Holetown's restaurants just a few minutes away.

Children: Under 5’s not allowed in the restaurant or lounge after 7 p.m.

Children are welcome, except 15 January to 15 March when under 12 years cannot be accommodated.
Children under the age of 5 years are not allowed in the dining room or lounge after 7:00 p.m.

Family Program
They have designed a special summer family program for all children between the ages of 2 and 12 years. All features listed below are available weekly at no additional charge, between 01 July and 18 August, 2006.

- 3 half hour sailing lessons
- 3 half hour swimming lessons
- 2 half hour tennis lessons
- 2 hours per day of supervised care for children between 2 and 8 years, Monday to Friday.

Playground & Creche:
At Coral Reef Club (next door- about 10 mins walk on the road) there is an unsupervised playground available for children up to the age of 10 years. There are swings, a slide and a playhouse. Attached to the playground is a creche which is open Mon - Fri, 2.00 - 4.30 p.m., for 2 to 8 year olds. Please book this with Reception before 12 noon on the day you require supervision.

Babysitting:
They have reliable ladies who are contactable for nanny and babysitting services. A Babysitter is US$7.50 per hour during the day and US$12.50 per hour at night. Minimum of US$25.00 per day or night.

Equipment:
They have a limited number of the following items available upon request, at no additional charge: cribs, high chairs, beds with sides, hot plates, bottle sterilizers, children’s books, monitors, mosquito nets and kettles.

Restaurants:
A children's room service dinner isavailable between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. and you can review the children's menu and arrange their dinner with the Maitre D' by noon. For younger babies, the Chef is happy to organize blended food (fresh vegetables, etc). We do request that children under 5 years are not brought into the restaurant during dinner service. May we ask your consideration, that when your child is in the restaurant during the day, if they become restless or noisy, please would you be kind enough to take them for a "brief walk". Breast feeding is not permitted in the restaurant or lounge. Please generally use discretion.
