The much-loved Pool Suites have also been taken up several notches, ranging from 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. in size and featuring anything from their own private plunge pools and saunas to marble bathrooms and 16 ft. by 20 ft. residential-size swimming pools. The water’s edge setting, floating canopy beds
and marble and glass bathrooms of the new Cinnamon and Saffron Suites will be sure to tempt everyone.

Executive Chef, Mark Banthorpe, takes full advantage of local products and hotel-grown spices to prepare specialities such as Callaloo (basically this is spinach) Tartlet and Local Grenadian Crab Back, whilst ‘speciality’ evenings include Grenadian, BBQ and Nostalgia nights. Regardless of your attitude to these themed evenings the fact remains they have the food just right here, for all the family.
