Holiday Details

Day 1. Arrive Perth.

Arrive in Perth and proceed to your hotel. Sunshine, beaches, sport and culture along with a refined but relaxing outdoor lifestyle, create the vibrant city of Perth.

Perth City Centre is located alongside the peaceful waters of the Swan River, twenty Kilometres inland of the Indian Ocean on the West Coast of Australia.The Perth city centre bustles with activity and offers a range of choices for shopping, eating and walking.

Day 2. Perth.

Today is at leisure to explore Perth.

Perth has a number of locations which jump into life, especially at the weekends. Just outside the Perth city centre is the Perth district of Northbridge where you will find a range of nightclubs, pubs, cafes and eateries, offering an eclectic mix of cultures and cuisines. Meanwhile, south of Perth in Fremantle things are jumping at the local nightclubs and bars.

Day 3. Perth To Cervantes.

Approx 255km (158 miles).

Departing the city of Perth travel north to Cervantes. Cervantes has a number of pristine beaches, within easy walking distance of the town centre, ideal for swimming, boating and windsurfing.

Cervantes on the Coral Coast of WA is home to the world-famous Pinnacles Desert and is a fascinating yet relaxing destination.
The surrounding Coral Coast boasts safe, pristine beaches, often frequented by sea lions, and the local economy has traditionally been based on the rock lobster (crayfish) industry. The landscape comprises coastal dune systems, shady tuart tree groves and low heathland carpeted by flowering plants.

Parents need not fear for the safety of youngsters as the beaches and extensive swimming areas have crystal clear waters and are naturally protected by inshore reefs.

Day 4. Cervantes To Kalbarri.

Approx 414km (257 miles).

Leaving Cervantes continue north to Kalbarri. With its pristine beaches and towering coastal cliffs, Kalbarri will give you a wonderful holiday experience.

Day 5. Kalbarri.

A free day for you to explore in and around Kalbarri.

Nature provides visitors to Kalbarri with once in a lifetime experiences. The climate is warm and sunny for most of the year. There are 186,000 acres of some of the State's richest wildflower bushland. With Kalbarri National Park boasting 800 species of wildflowers it is no wonder that on any day of the year you will find a bloom of some description. From July to October, the flowers' riotous colours fight for your attention, with new species of blooms appearing each week.

Take advantage of the calm waters of the estuary for swimming and water skiing. The enormous cliffs offer the opportunity to abseil down. Catch a fish from the beach, go surfing or hiking, play tennis, golf, or experience the unique wonders of nature as you canoe round a river-bend or charter a boat for a fishing trip.

Spot dolphins or whales so close up that your friends back home won't believe you. Ride a pushbike along miles of spectacular coastal scenery, stopping at secluded bays for a swim. For the true nature lover, a visit to the parrot breeding centre is a must. Here you can view an active breeding program for endangered species of parrots. Also not to be missed is the daily feeding of the pelicans on the foreshore.

Day 6. Kalbarri To Monkey Mia.

Approx 400km (248 Miles).

Depart Kalbarri and travel to Monkey Mia. Monkey Mia is famous for its Dolphins, beautiful scenery and sparkling blue waters providing spectacular photographic opportunities.

Day 7. Monkey Mia.

Today is at leisure to explore Monkey Mia and the surrounding region.
Located at Dolphin Beach, famous for its kilometres of secluded crystal blue waters and pristine white-shell beaches, Monkey Mia has attracted schools of dolphins to its tranquil shores daily for more than forty years.

This dolphin interaction is known to be one of the most reliable meeting places for dolphins in the world. Dolphins have visited everyday in the last five years excluding only four times. It is the only place in Australia where dolphins visit daily, not seasonally, and costs nothing.

Day 8. Monkey Mia To Carnarvon.

Approx 357km (222 Miles).

Leaving Monkey Mia, rejoin the North West Coastal Highway and continue travelling north to Carnarvon, situated on the mouth of the Gascoyne River.

Day 9. Carnarvon To Coral Bay.

Approx. 240km (149 Miles).

Depart Carnarvon and travel to Coral Bay, a small holiday resort offering wonderful sandy beaches suitable for swimming.

Day 10. Coral Bay.

A free day for you to explore in and around Coral Bay and the Ningaloo Reef.

Day 11. Coral Bay To Tom Price.

Approx 605km (376 Miles).

Depart Coral Bay and travel on to Tom Price. Tom Price is located in the Inland Pilbara with tree-lined streets, modern facilities and a relaxed country-town atmosphere.

Day 12. Tom Price/Karijini National Park.

A free day today for you to explore Tom Price and the surrounding Karijini National Park.

Karijini National Park is one of Western Australia's largest national parks and arguably one of the most spectacular.

Haunting in its rugged, red beauty and unbeatable for adventure, the park is famous for its sheer gorges, waterfalls and cool swimming holes. A visit to Karijini National Park is a must!

Day 13. Tom Price To Port Hedland.

Approx. 430km (267 Miles).

Depart Tom Price and travel on to Port Hedland. Port Hedland is the thriving capital of the Pilbara region. From the modern state of the art technology required to operate the giant BHP facilities to the many and varied birds and wildlife that maintain their habitat within the salt and iron ore stock piles, Port Hedland is a unique blend of massive resource industrialization and incredible natural wonders.

Day 14. Port Hedland To Broome.

Approx. 614km (381 Miles).

Leaving Port Hedland travel along the Great Northern Highway to Broome. Pristine beaches and bays fringed with glistening white sands, craggy red cliffs and the sparkling tropical waters of the Indian Ocean are some of the wonders of this coastal delight.

Day 15. Broome.

Today is at leisure to explore Broome.

Broome's colourful lifestyle, chilled out vibe and vibrant landscape has made it a mecca for artists, writers and musicians.

The town's multicultural mix was shaped by a romantic pearling history when Japanese, Filipino and Malay pearl divers arrived in droves seeking their fortune.

Today, thanks to Broome's unpolluted waters, South Sea pearls are among the most coveted in the world. Witness first-hand how Broome pearls are cultured at a local pearl farm.

Day 16. Depart Broome.
