Koh Lipe is a small island about 2km long in the Andaman sea, which is on the west coast of Thailand. The only inhabited island in the Tarutao National marine park, Koh Lipe is part of Satun province near Thailand's southern border.

Designed using traditional Thai building principles Castaways Beach Resort's bungalows are stylish and comfortable catching the on shore breezes to keep them cool.

There are 3 styles of bungalows:

10 BREEZY BUNGALOWS - Two storey bungalows, 5 of which have
sea view either directly on or just behind beach and the other 5 are
very close to the beach. The bedroom is upstairs and has a queen
size double bed, a ceiling fan and double doors opening out on small
balcony. Downstairs is an en suite bathroom and a large balcony with
a hammock and cushions for lounging on. Maximum occupancy is 2
people.

10 COMFY BUNGALOWS - Single storey wooden bungalow in
wooded garden close to beach. The bedroom has a queen size
double bed with a large ceiling fan and mosquito net. Very large
balcony has 2 hammocks, a table and cushions. Maximum occupancy
is 2 people with the option to add a roll up mattress on the floor for an
extra person, or 2 roll up mattresses for children under the age of 14.

1 FAMILY HOUSE - A two storey family bungalow at the back of resort
in the garden. Upstairs is master bedroom and a large comfortable
balcony with a hammock and chairs. The ground floor has a second
bed room and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have fans and a
queen size bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
