It has to be one of St Lucia’s most spectacular dining locations and their accomplished chefs ensure the cuisine matches it. By day, The Cliff at Cap offers casual breakfasts and lunches and when evening falls becomes a fine dining experience with creative, contemporary cuisine incorporating subtle French West Indian influences.

You may choose to dine on your private terrace, in the Spanish Caribbean-inspired courtyard that creates a focal point for the hotel or even in the beautiful gardens. The butlers will take care of everything and, should you wish, chefs are available for in-suite private dining. you can even arrange to eat in their well stocked wine cellar with just yourselves for company.

A special dinner for younger children can be served in the restaurant between 5.30 p.m.– 6.30 p.m. There will be a focus on non processed foods, using fresh produce and introducing a few local ingredients. Children under the age of 12 are allowed to dine with adults, once seated at the table without any disturbance.

While Cap Maison offers you the luxury of a private pool in many of our suites, there are also swimming pools that all guests can enjoy. Our feature courtyard pool, accessed through a brick-vaulted Spanish-style archway, is the perfect place to chill on a chaise-longue on the shaded terrace. And for sheer spectacle, it has to be the two infinity-edged, cliff top pools that cascade into each other or the adjacent hot tub for sunset drinks and endless views.

Nestling below the hotel and reached by a flight of steps, enchanting Smugglers Cove Beach offers fabulous snorkelling and safe swimming in gin-clear Caribbean waters. Cap Maison guests have free access to beach chairs, parasols, non-motorised water sports and our Beach Bar is just a step away.

Out and about in St Lucia :

St Lucia offers outstanding sports and leisure opportunities, at sea – diving, snorkelling, yachting and deep-sea fishing – and on land. Play tennis or golf, hike along scenic forest trails, go horse riding and, for a change of pace, there’s shopping in colourful markets, chic boutiques and duty-free stores.
