Carlisle Bay Antigua Luxury

Holiday Details
| Accommodation at Carlisle Bay Antigua | There are subtle hints of the Far East throughout the property, but it is eclectic style statements like the white fabrics, Morrocan candles and tree trunk ‘vases’ that really set Carlisle Bay apart. The interiors of the junior to threebedroom suites are also definite departures from traditional Caribbean resorts, the colour schemes cool, serene and no
competition to the tropical colours outside. All the modern comforts are assured, as are striking ocean views from their private balconies.
There are 80 suites from junior to 3-bedroom. |
| Dining at Carlisle Bay Antigua | There are two restaurants; Indigo on the Beach is an alfresco all-day spot for health-conscious grills and freshly-caught seafood, whilst East is a dramatic indoor venue specialising in authentic Asian fare. We loved both the restaurants and felt there was plenty of choice to keep us interested. There are also a number of good eateries in St John's and English Harbour; check with Kerry-Ann on reception to give you the what's hot and what's not low down. We enjoyed Catherine's cafe with its Caribbean cuisine.
